Gallatin Corp. principals bring over 60 years of in-depth real estate experience, having developed over $600 million of real estate since 2022. Partners include sovereign wealth funds, tier one PE firms, and pension funds.


Gallatin Corp is a vertically-integrated, volume-driven developer/owner of properties with a geographically diverse footprint spanning the eastern United States. With over 1.3 million square feet in construction and operation, Gallatin Corp primary focus is on mitigating market and development risk; accordingly, we employ a proven, data-driven approach and partner with best-in-class capital providers, general contractors and management partners.
Gallatin Corp adheres to a defined set of investment criteria which it vets using its proprietary market selection software, and seeks to minimize development and construction risk by principally adhering to a building prototype derived from REIT specifications. Before a site is authorized to proceed, it is subjected to a triple-redundant underwriting process, both internal and independent. Execution is then overseen by Gallatin Corp's in-house development, construction management, and asset management teams. Our volume-driven approach allows teams from each discipline to mine prior, current, and future projects for data consistency.

Integrated through practical, measurable choices rather than marketing. Priorities include resilient site planning, responsible stormwater and water use, reduced construction waste, efficient building systems, and durable materials—lowering lifecycle costs while improving environmental performance.
Construction
Owner minded construction oversight through closeout, focused on schedule, cost control, and quality. Scope includes budgeting and value engineering, constructability input, contractor and coordination, and field-driven quality control. Emphasis on risk management, documentation, and clean turnover to support efficient operations.
Aquisition
Driven by fundamentals and a defined path to value creation. Efforts include sourcing on market and off market opportunities, conservative underwriting, and structuring competitive terms aligned with long-term holds. Diligence is executed with a performance lens, physical condition, zoning/entitlements, environmental considerations, and operational upside.

Caleb Allen
CEO
Caleb is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Office of Gallatin Corp. In this role he is responsible for the strategic direction and operational oversite of the company, with a particular focus on investment oversight, risk management, and capital raising. Prior to joining Gallatin Corp, Caleb held a key role at Designs for Health, the largest professional nutraceutical company in North America. Caleb is also currently the Vice President for a leading Florida-based commercial general contracting firm. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Florida.
Tim Radinsky
Co-Founder & Chairman
Tim is the Chairman of Gallatin Corp. Tom has been actively involved in the commercial construction and leasing sector for over a decade. Prior to founding Gallatin Corp, he was co-founded a commercial and industrial construction firm serving the Southeast, which he currently serves as Vice-President. He founded Gallatin Corp with the intent to create a true sense of community and value for both investors and tenants. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science from Stetson University and is a licensed General Contractor in multiple states.
John Scottsland
Managing Director of Capital Markets
John has been actively involved in real estate finance and development since 1995. He began a banking career with a predecessor of Wells Fargo Bank and progressed to a senior banker role in the real estate finance group. John left Wells Fargo in 2005 and co-founded Gulfstream Group, a real estate finance and development consulting firm serving real estate developers and investors in the underwriting, financial modeling, and capitalization of real estate assets. Since forming Gulfstream Group, John has been involved in over $1 billion in construction, permanent and corporate financings and has provided underwriting and advisory support for projects with a combined asset value in excess of $1.8 billion. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The University of Florida and is a licensed Building Contractor in multiple states.
Cody Jondle
Managing Director of Development & Construction
Cody leads construction initiatives at Gallatin Corp with a focus on pipeline optimization through schedule synergies and streamlined predictive cost analyses. Prior to joining Gallatin Corp, he began his career managing construction projects in Florida & Texas, contributing to over 200,000 square feet of new commercial construction. In 2023, Cody joined Sussan-Allen Construction and oversaw the design and development of multiple properties throughout Florida, Georgia, and Texas. He then joined Gallatin Corp and led the creation of the tenant-improvement arm of the company’s preconstruction division, where he managed rollouts of new concepts, creating pipeline development strategies for clients and preparing projects for successful construction. He attended Florida State University.
