Caleb is the Chief Executive Office & President of Gallatin Corp. In this role he is responsible for the strategic direction and operational oversite of the company, with a particular focus on investment oversight, risk management, and capital raising. Prior to joining Gallatin Corp, Caleb held a key role at Designs for Health, the largest professional nutraceutical company in North America. Caleb is also currently the President for a leading Florida-based commercial development firm.

Tom has been actively involved in the commercial construction and leasing sector for over a decade. Prior to founding Gallatin Corp, he was co-founded a commercial and industrial construction firm serving the Southeast, which he currently serves as Vice-President. He founded Gallatin Corp with the intent to create a true sense of community and value for both investors and tenants.

Sam is a senior real estate executive with 25+ years of experience across real estate, banking, and management consulting. He serves on the senior leadership team of a Middle East based real estate investment and development firm and has previously held CEO roles at two publicly traded real estate companies in the Gulf region. Earlier in his career, he worked at a global strategy consulting firm and a multinational logistics company, bringing a disciplined operating and investment perspective to complex real estate initiatives. He also serves as an independent director for a regional commercial bank and is the founder and chairman of a natural-resources investment platform. 

Coburn is a senior real estate investment executive with 25+ years of experience across real estate private equity, investment management, and investment banking. He currently leads real estate equity investing at a global investment firm and serves on its real estate investment committees. Previously, he held senior roles at a leading global alternative investment firm, co-founded an independent real estate investment management company, and worked in real estate private equity and investment banking. He also serves on the boards of several real estate and hospitality companies and is active in leading industry organizations.

Cody leads construction initiatives at Gallatin Corp, focusing on pipeline optimization through schedule synergies and streamlined predictive cost analysis. He began his career managing projects in Florida and Texas, contributing to more than 500,000 square feet of new commercial construction. He has overseen the design and development of multiple properties across Florida, Georgia, and Texas. At Gallatin Corp, he helps build the tenant-improvement arm of the pre-construction division, supporting new concept rollouts, client pipeline strategies, and project readiness.
